I hear good things about Disgaea
It's a humor RPG. Copy-pasted from the website:
"The story takes place two years after the death of King Krichevskoy, the
ruler of the Netherworld. His son Laharl slept for two full years, unaware of
his father's death, while demons fought for supremacy over the Netherworld. With
the help of his subordinate Etna and her underlings, the egocentric,
megalomaniac Prince Laharl fights his way to become the next
king."
For a fighting game, try whatever's the latest version of Guilty Gear (I think that'd
be Guilty Gear Isuka, but I've also heard there's a new one coming out soon so
you may want to wait). Best graphics ever in a 2D fighter, if that means
anything to you
well...normally square-enix or capcom comes out with good anime based
games....the Final Fantasy series are excelent....as well as the Devil May Cry
series...Chaos Legion is fun when your in a bad mood.....full Metal Alchimest is
pretty cool too
I think Growlanser Generations and Ys: Ark of Naphisism are both of my favorites
anme-Sytled games.Growlanser's are is beautiful.I definitely recommend that you
check them out. Growlanser is actually 2 games in one. Its one of thoses games
with multiple endings and you can end the story with any of the characters you
want based one the choices you make throughout the game.It kind of a stradegy
RPG.
The Fullmetal Alchemist games are pretty good- but they are pretty short for an
RPG: only about 10 or so hours of gameplay. You'll enjoy them more if you're a
fan of the series. The cutscenes were my favorite part of the game- some of them
are pretty funny.
Gundam Seed: Never Ending Tomorrow
In the future world of the Cosmic Era, the human race is divided into
genetically enhanced Coordinators and unmodified Naturals. In the year C.E. 70
the tensions between Naturals and Coordinators escalate into a global war, and
Earth and space become battlefields for the robotic weapons known as mobile
suits. Two young warriors, Kira Yamato of the Earth Alliance and Athrun Zala of
the ZAFT forces, enter the conflict at the controls of powerful Gundam mobile
suits. But there are other stories than theirs, and in this fierce conflict,
many other ace pilots are creating legends of their own.
Featuring more than 50 playable mobile suits from the TV series.
4 game play modes including Story Mode, Mission Mode and 2 player Versus Mode.
Featuring the combat system, unique weapons and attacks from the TV series; pick
your favorite mobile suit and battle it out!
3D aerial-and-ground action: use thrusters to hover or fight mid-air or battle
on the ground.
Select a partner pilot to provide support and weapon upgrades.
Featuring over 40 minutes of movie quality CGI and cut scenes from the TV show.
Dragon Ball Z Budokai 3, Soul Calibur II, Inu Yasha Feudal Combat, Metal Gear 2,
Onimusha (the three of them), Tenchu (Wrath of Heaven and Kurenai or Fatal
Shadows)
Naruto sucks donkey balls. If you are looking for anime based fighting games:
Guilty Gear X2 is the only way to go.
It has all handdrawn sprites and the closest thing to near perfect anime in
looks and play. Much more better than cell shading could ever do. All the best
fighting game elements are there from all the best fighting games and in one
explosive fighter.
RPGs are anime aplenty. There is millions so it wont be hard to find a decent
one. If you want a decent one though that has the anime cell shading look,
then:
Wild Arms 4 and 5.
Please tell me so I know what is a good game to get ^^
If you can give a summary of what it is about.

Star Ocean: Till The End Of Time
The four .hack RPG games are good fun. It's also good that you can continue the next game from where you left off.
Also if you're a fan of Ghost in the Shell, the Stand Alone Complex game is a great third person shooter with a fantastic storyline behind it.
have you played disgaea, la pucelle and phantom brave... althought they're kinda old it's pure anime video game fun
Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne, Shin Megami Tensei: Digital Devil Saga 1 & 2. And Nippon Ichi is a must!
Also try Radiata Stories from Square-Enix. Escellent game. 9 out of 10.
OKAMI
Dark Cloud 2 is a superb, classy game if you can be patient with it (its a little on the slow side, but is top quality in every other department).
Robotech: Battlecry and Zone of the Enders 2 are both superb anime themed robot fighting games.
Naruto Accel is the best choice you can make
