This question just came into my head yesterday night, and I wanted to hear the
people of MT's opinion on it. Judging on the experiences of your gender, and
things you learned on the opposite one, vote if being a male or a female is
harder, and why

well since someone would've had to of been both sexes at one time to ansewer
that accuratly i can't tell you what would be harder, unless i was a guy at one
point in time.
hehe... living the life of one sex makes it harder to form an unbias opinion...
buti think we all have our probs. But in this world dominated by men, I
guess...females live a tougher life....
About the same, I reckon. Guys still seem to have to live up to a standard of
being tough and the breadwinner, even if their father didn't portray that. The
media does that enough, as will their peers.
And girls often are subjected to bitching (even though guys bitch just as much),
and are more likely to get low self esteem for not being skinny enough. And then
that whole anorexia, bulimia thing. oh, and pregnancies, periods, etc. Bleh.

Well, i think the same as all of you. Being a girl it seems so difficult. You're
right when you say you can do guys things, but don't forget that you won't be
treated as them. I saw a girl playing football with some guys. He kick like the
devil, trying to demostrate that she can play football too like the guys. But
they still treated like she was a girl. they didn't kick the ball very hard,
because the didn't want to hurt her. That's ridiculous, don you think?
Girls are equal strong than the mans, and i think stronger. They can handle with
all that celular staff, thing that i think mans wouldn't do.
i admire the womans a lot. And i tryed to nderstand them, but i still have to
learn more about it.
This is mi first time here in this web page. I'm not that good with the english,
but i'll try to write very well and give my oppinnions, because my friends &
family doesn't speak of this.
I realy enjoy this, and i hope you girls and boys give opinions, because it will
be very usefull to know more about our companions.
i say girls....because how would a guy like to have a potroast or a small animal
come out your butt? lol but i'd hate to be a guy...my bf slams his nuts all the
time...lmao
Well, being female, I'm biased toward my own gender. Girls do have to go through
quite a bit. Pregnancy, "cramps", sometimes we are looked down upon or
thought of as weak, when trying to do things that guys normally do. Girls
generally seem to have more "drama", like dealings with friends and
guys and stuff.
But guys have problems too. Guys are always seen as "strong" and
sometimes have to live up to standards that not all guys may have. Like the guys
who might be "nerdy" or small for their age, and have easier tendancys
to get picked on. They also usually are expected to take on the responsibilties
of the household, being the main income provider, and that can be an awful
stress as well.
So if you really look it at, I'd say it's about equally as hard to be a girl as
it is to be a guy.
I still love being a guy cause competitiveness is the game we are all playing. I
don't say that we have the advantage over the girls but still we are much
different compare to them in some way. ^_^
Girls have pregnancy, household duties and pressure from males. Anyway they have
their pros like being able to make friends faster than boys or... dunno im a
guy!!!
Guys also have bad points. Guys are thought of being the cool ones and strong
ones but some are not, they only simulate it. We are expected to do loads of
things and thats a lot of pressure on us and also being pressured to study loads
so that we can have a good job for our family etc etc. But the worst thing is
that loads of times we have to start anything with girls, we have to date them,
we have to ask them if they want to marry us we have to "obey" them if
we dont want to be left off, etc, etc AND the girls can harm us with extreme
facility.

anyway, there are always pros and cons in life. Being yourself is most important. No point desiring to be of the opposite gender or be a sexist.
