I noticed that nobody had made a thread on Devil May Cry 2 so i thought i'd make
one, it really wasn't that good at all compared to devil may cry 1 and 3 was it,
the story line was bad, i'd didn't like the other woman character, she was
rubbish, it was so easy as well, the demons were rubbish, it just sucked, what
does everyone else think, anyone disagree?
This game does suck. The story was lame and dante didn't even talk much. All he
was doing was flipping a stupid coin and saying "it's your lucky day"
or "Sure i'll help you"

Dante wasn't as badass as he was in 1 and 3. Story was weak and his fighting
moves didn't seem so awesome looking. Still, it was decent enough for me to
finish it til the end. I had some fun out of it, so I wouldn"t say it
totally sucked for me, otherwise, I would had never bothered to play it til the
end.
the reason no one liked it was because the wide open maps and that it got way to
repetitive it was ok for the first few missions i mean i am a huge fan thats
what the dmc in my username stands for but one thing that capcom did was they
said that it wasnt dante in dmc2 it was a guy that you see in the first dmc
comic but i think that they did really good with dmc3 with the styles and all
aparently it wasn't the same people who made number 1 the made number 2, which
was crap, but the people who made the first 1 made the third one as well, thats
why its so much better!!!!!!!!
The totaly worst DMC ever, I don't understand what they were thinking when they
made it..
As you say, the storyline sucks, the girl is rubbish I can't see why people can
like this game and it was sooo much easier than the first.

DMC 2 sucked compaired to 1 and 3 blows it out of the watter. The makers realy screwed up big time!!
the best weapons were the beginging weapons ^^° so crappy....

yeah, some parts of 1 and 3 were ok, but also part 2 was bad, especially the ending; it was kind of strange

Yeah, the game was a load of shite.
I was so dissapointed in it that I didn't have any hope for DMC3 at all.
Luckily I was proven wrong. DMC3 is very good, although I find it a bit childish in places.
