For me.. hmm .. well ... i must agree miaka is DARN annoying, but form recent
series, i also HATE sakura from naruto... she ONLY cries all the time , and
whines, and do nothing (refer to the manga ...)
trunks from DBZ he was cool when he came back from the future but hes a spoilt
brat as a kid drives me insane! and mei lin from cardcaptors she was annoying to
start off with but she got better and
ash, i mean he has problems giving away his pokemons grrr he makes me mad =^.^=
There isn't any anime character I hate so much, but the most annoying one was
Toya from Ayashi No Ceres. He's too... girlish maybe. But that's only my
opinion, don't kill me Toya fans!

Ceigal Clyne( Lacus' father) from gundam seed. I couldn't think of anyone else
