Is it possible to save the images in the gallery once they're downloaded? 'Cause everything that I try to save onto my computer becomes unreadable. Maybe I'm just missing a program or something, or am I doing something else wrong?

right clicking and save image as should be all you need to save the image.

what error do you get?

It depends on the format that the images are saved in. It's possible that you're saving the images without an extension. If you do not see an extension format show up when saving, add an extension known as JPG to the file name. The images should save as JPG after that. Try this and see what happens.

though it would be a bit strange for the jpg walls not to auto add the extension at the end of a file name. i've never had that particular problem.

i remember a problem with internet exploiter...

Well, I download the images and they show up in a new window, right? Then when I save them I go to look at them and get a message "Windows cannot open this file... blah blah blah. Windows needs to know what program created it...blah blah blah." I use their webservice to search for the file type but it comes up unknown.

by the opening of a new window, I assume you're on IE.

when you click save picture as, in the window that comes up, make sure you have a file extension selected, or you can simply append ".jpg" to the end of the file name. in other words, follow masamune's post.

the webservice would not find anything if there is no file extension to begin with, which is most likely your problem. so add the ".jpg" at the end and see what happens.

same thing happens to me just add .jpeg to the saving name and it will become a regualr pic :D

Aha, that did the trick. Thanks a bunch, everyone.
