The movie can be any style and made in any country, it just has to be live-action.

My choice would be a bit of an old movie but one of my favorites. I think it would be interesting to see Alfred Hitchcock's Psycho done in anime form. An anime of an old school suspense movie would be very interesting and quite unique. The only anime that comes close to a Hitchcock like movie is Monster, one of my favorite animes of all time.
