the second song is Wounds from Shingetsutan Tsukihime OST 1 ~Moonlit Archives~ The first track i'm guessing is from the game soundtrack.

Gargh my bad. So there are three tracks in the artbook/prologue video? Well, the first two tracks are probably from the game soundtrack. It was available on Boxtorrents. It might still be there but you gotta wait for the tracker to come back.
I have the soundtrack. It's good but it has too many repeating themes. I heard that there's another one comin out later.
