A small snot-nosed brat in Air Master whose name is Renge I believe. She has a scratchy voice and is always crying/screaming.

Flay from Gundam seed, Kikyou from InuYasha (I realize I might catch hell for that one)...there's one in every Anime/Manga, I think.
