There was something that I put in my favs. by accident is there a was to delete them or it?

After doing a quick check on my own user page, it doesn't look like there is. If there is, it doesn't appear in a very accessible place...

go into your my favorites and click add 2 favorites it will remove it

As butterflikysses mentioned, you have to return to the gallery item that you gave a favorite for and click "add to favorites" again to remove that favorite. There will be no notification given to the member who submitted the gallery item or items when a favorite is removed.
