Ever cosplay before? Been to an anime convention where ppl tend to cosplay? or
heck! have u tried to dress up as your fave anime character for halloween?
some of us i believe have never done it before (including me )
since rarely is there an anime convention in my counrty
and we dont celebrate halloween either
You should try to find other anime fans who live around you and try to bring you
all together for your own mini-convention.
I've never cosplayed for a convention before, but I have dressed up as a
character occasionally. Nothing elaborate.
But that will all change, as I am going to Amecon this August and I'll do my
best to cosplay. I'm going as Taichi from Digimon (because it's easy and no-one
else will be doing him) and as Mag Launcher from the game Evolution (see
avatar).
well... I have to say... I finally cosplayed once... i've always wanted to....
but never did.... then, for this years Anime North (in toronto, ontario, canada)
I cosplayed with a friend of mine. I have to say.. it was THE single best time
I've EVER had at a convention!!! though the problem is when u cosplay as a pop
character, you get mauled for pictures... but it's soooooo much fun, and u
usually end up meeting amazing people!! (Kristy&Sheena!!!! Viva Rocks crew!
etc...) I suggest you do it any chance you get at a convention... if you dont
have conventions, well then dress up and take pictures with your friends... it's
a great way...
Btw... I cosplayed as Zabuza, and my buddy went as the Best Kakashi ever.... u
can find pics of us on the net if u look up Anime North 2004, or juss check my
gallery for a cosplay comp.....

afraid I don't have enough time to do something nice this year - I'm just going
to accompany my friend as an Azu girl But it's
prolly one of the best experiences, to cosplay.
Few years back, my brother cosplayed as Shishio Makoto and won the local
competition. He managed to go for another competition overseas, and guess what?
There was this other Saitou Haijime cosplayer who was more outstanding haha.
Yay, cosplaying is a lot of fun, but a lot of work, too ^^;;
I've been doing it for about 3-4 years, and love every bit! (well, except when I
screw up on things >.o)
I'd write a list of the characters I've done, but thatd take too much space

remmember.
My fav. are Sakura from Naruto, Jun form Shaman King and Megumi from Rurouni

But I stopped ;_; I've gained a lot of weight and I don't want to ruin a good character for anyone else.
I've seen cosplayers and next year I'm dressing up as Umi from MKR
i never did but i just recently started going to cons, my gf and her friends still do and i think they are pretty well known
I'm going too and planning to cosplay sometime soon as either Eclair or Tweedledee from Kiddy Grade and I'm amking my friend's also.
