What is your favorite meat?

Anyways... My favorite meat is the meat from fish! It's soft and tender texture seems to give me such a thrilling enjoyment in the stomach. I like especially when it is smoked like a BBQ then sauted with soysauce and lemon. My favorite fish has got to be salmon. It's scent when being cooked is just too tempting to resist. Wahahahaha! TOTEMO OISHI!
