with the new update we can set wallpapers on psp, but I tried setting wallpapers
I use on my own pc (1280x768) but it still has borders on the left and right
side. Could someone tell me the correct resolution for the psp?

bleh! Anyways the correct size should be like 480 x 272 pixels. You should try
making your own wallpapers in that size. I bet it'll fit if you try to use that
wallpaper in that size.
*edit* look on google for the firmware update 2.0 it's easy lol.

Version 2.0 isn't out yet i think.. and i don't think it's going to be available

How do I install the update?
1.Go to one of the links above and download the EBOOT.php file from them (the
first link works the best IMO)
2.Connect your PSP to your computer via a USB cable
3.Inside your psp\game folder, make another folder called UPDATE
4.Place the EBOOT.php file in there
5.Disconnect your PSP and go to the game section
6.Scroll down to Memory Stick and click on it.
7.Inside should say “psp Update Ver
2.00� (or something like that)
8.Click on it and follow the installation wizard
