When I was about nine years old, I was always afraid of death. Is anybody here afraid of death? Does anybody have any thoughts about death? What do you think happens after death?

I'm not afraid of it. It's gonna happen sometime.

No i am not afraid of death .... i am afraid of not having enough time durring life.... becuase i know that one day i will die and thats life .... thats what i think of it as!

nope and i never have been... its just a normal part of life and when you die you're probably more free than you are in life

It's not if but when you will die. I learned not to be afraid of it and it's part of life. I hope I get many years of life left.

No, what's to be afraid of? Unless of course you die painfully, but even then you should fear the pain and not death.

There is nothing to fear when you return to being nothing. I think most people are afraid, because they believe in some religion and know they done some things wrong.

I'm not afraid of death i dont think that u shoud be becose it's a part of life. Life is like a cercle it has a beginng and the end the death is just the end of that circle. After death i dont know if there is anything but if u live u life to the fulest u shoudnt regret even if there is nothing in the end....

im afraid of death, im sure most of you are too, you dont know whats going to happen when you die, you could simply disappear. because we don't know what its like after death so we would be afriad of it. unknown=fear. and another example would be if someone pointed gun at you, im sure you would be afriad since if that gun fired, you have chance of dying.

I've come to terms with the fact that it always happens, and have tried to live my life where I wouldn't be unsatisfied if I were to die at any moment.

i used to be afraid of it.but,you know,like any human being,i don't want it to happen.nobody does

Actually I do know what's going to happen after I die, you see, I'm a muslim, and this relgion proved to be the most logical explanation of how this world was created and why we existed. Therefore I'm not afraid.

It doesn't matter what happens after death, being afraid of it won't change anything.

i know being afraid wont change anything but as human, you being scare would be normal thing unless you believe in something like religion very strongly.

I do actually believe in ...religion...very strongly, but I think for a lot of people, that might actually make them more frightened and paranoid. I mean I can understand how people would be afraid, but really it is useless to be afraid until death actually comes.

I'm not afraid of death. I'm afraid of not having done something significant before my time comes. So yea, if anything, I'm afraid of time.
