i don't speak about games or what else, but about a real sport. i've practiced
karate during two years, and if i could, i would continue from the begining!!
i don't love sports like boxing or judo. i prefer those in whitch you have fists
and kicks!
and you? (noone can practice sports coming from sayan's planet!!)
then you should join taekwondo. i do it. the sparring is really intense and
agressive. i have seen alot of bad stuf happen to people at the level of
tournoments that i go to (US Opean, Nationals) any way thats a sport you can do.
i love taekwondo (try to get traditional and kukione cetified if i spelt kukione
right) and i have been doing it for 4 years now
Taekwondo is one of the crappest martial arts ever.
It is simply not a good or ever practical martial art. Even my school teacher
who used to do it said it's crap. I've seen taekwondo myself. It's all fancy
kicks. I would happily take on anyone my weight who does taekwondo. I rarely
seen taekwondo people do any punches at all! Come to think of it, I have never
come across anyone who denies Taekwondo is a bad martial art (including students
of Taekwondo).
I simply don't believe b*llsh*t of the history of taekwondo. Some kind of secret
underground martial arts that went to for hundreds of years. I smell BS! A poor
martial art such as that wouldn't be considered valuble. The history is nothing
more than for the American media. It is only an olympic sport because America
always get what they want.
I, myself, practice Kyokushinkai Karate. This is the most aggressive form of
karate. I'll happily take on anyone does Shotokan. Those wimps won't even hit a
kick bag. To be able to defend yourself, you must get hurt in order to wake up
to fighting.
I believe Kyokushinkai is one of the best martial arts ever created. It used to
be a really brutal sport. About 20 years ago, we were allowed (in knockdowns) to
grab the opponents head knee them in the face.
I love Kyokushinkai. The is only one 9th Dan I know of. His name is Steve
Arneil.
There are so many 5th Dans in Shotokan that it is obvious it is really easy to
become 5th Dan in. In the UK, there is only like seven 5th Dans that exist in
the country. There is like hundreds in Shotokan. Shotokan are wimps. They don't
even like fighting.
Mas Oyama is the 10th Dan of Kyokushinkai Karate. Read about him. He is one of
the toughest fighters that have ever lived.
I'm aggressive in Kyokushinkai. The training is hard. Even when my knuckles are
stinging and soaked in blood, I still keep going on.
thats because if you dont get a traditional master, your going to get a guy that
does krate for kids. also most people in that spot dont need punches cause your
kicks are 3 times stronger than your arms anyday. also, why knee someone in the
face when you can change foot back kick them in the face and break them, or
break their ribs and see them gasping for air. why knee whrn you can break their
arm in two places. also from what ive seen from that style of karate, its too
slow and you leave your self too opean, so its usuless.
The most appealing to me are Jeet Kune Do, Ninjutsu and Wing Tsun (in that
order). Well, I like or am interessted in some more, but these are the most
important.

Ladies and Gentlemens! Here we have a classic example of someone who is very
reliant on kicks!
Dude! You haven't seen Karate, and I've seen plenty of Taekwoneo. A colleague of
mine who is faster and stronger than me does Taekwondo. I tested my Kyokushinkai
against him (demonstration). We both agreed I could of dislocated both his
arms!
By the way, we are taught to kill people in Kyokushinkai.
Taekwondo was never intended as a self-defence, but fancy moves for Hollywood
movies.
I would happily challenge you. All sides of my body are conditioned. Your kicks
would be futile against me. If you are so reliant on kicks, then all I have to
do to defeat you is dislocate ONE of your legs. After that, you're just worm
struggling against the claws of an eagle.
Kicks are more powerful, but if you are not good with your fists then even a
boxer can defeat you. Blackbelt classes in Kyokushinkai is beyond the army's
training.
You say that Karate leaves me open, but the only time I ever been left open for
attack was when I tried out a fancy kick from another martial art.
Quote by mizu-kunThe most appealing to

Jeet Kune Do is Bruce Lee's style. Don't be fooled by what the media leads you
to believe. Bruce Lee is not the greatest martial arts fighter ever, just
because he's American now. Wing Tsun is supposed to be quite good, but from what
I've seen... not good. I'm not even going to tell you how bad Ninjutsu
is.
If you really want to fight, then do either of these martial arts:
taekwondo isnt for hollywood, that would be wushu. also if you can only fight
people your weight, then thats pethetic. also people that have been taught right
use punches as well. and most of the time its the crappy teachers that only
teach their students to only kick. if you have a good teacher, then he'll teach
you to use both. also this style is also intended for killing.also in the army,
they use a mix of judo and karate. also if your wide opean after you do a kick,
that means you dont know how to use your legs at all. to be good is to use all
of your body.
one thing is that the reason why bruce lee was the best cause how he trained. he
never used pads scince he was 5. he was so tough that if you did anything to
him, it would probably hurt you alot more than it him. he was 125 pounds of pure
muscle.

About the thing fighting people my weight, I have actually fight people double
my own weight. I had my ass kicked! The outcome of a fight really depends on who
I'm fighting. Asuming the opponent is more than double my weight: if he was a
karate student, he would defeat me easily/ if he was a criminal with a weapon,
I'd KILL him! I wouldn't hesitate in killing dangerous people. It's self
defence. Believe me, I can kill people without weapons.
i agree with you on the teacher bit. I had 2 crappy teachers in the past. I've
got a very good one right now. This teacher has pride. We have a lot of
endurance training. My dad even trained with World Champions.
Never using safety mitts does not make you tough. It is simply just one's way of
training. I was forced to put mitts on because my knuckles were bleeding badly
yesterday.
I'm good with punching and kicking. I'm also good with blocking. If you can't
hit me, then you can't knock me down.
There are a lot of mean mothers (expression obviously) in Kyokushinkai. It is

1) Wing Tsun is dangerous. The moves are really bad for the body. You could
actually get hurt badly because of the bad budo. Kung Fu is similar, which is
why I quit it. The method of training actually made me LESS flexible.
2) True Ninjutsu is lost. There are all sorts of different styles of Ninjutsu.
It wasn't really intended for fighting but for stealth and running away. Ninja
stuff basically.
True Ninjutsu is a collection of martial arts useful to ninjas. The movie
'Batman Begins' has an accurate interpretation of ninjas.
You could pretty much come up with your own style depending on the situation

4) You don't have to be terribly flexible to do Aikido. I wouldn't do Aikido

I was holding a pad for someone practicing a round house kick. This guy used to
do kick boxing and he is double my weight. He unfortunely had the kick boxing
method of this kick still in him, which made his kick very weak.
Believe me! You don't want to wear protection! Pain is good! Protection takes
the fun out of the sport. Which reminds me, I got kicked in the nuts recently.
In Kyokushinkai, breast guards and groin guards are allowed in
knockdowns.
Though in karate we do wear safety mitts for Clicker competitions (non-contact).
This is about executing techniques than fighting.
about the ninjistu part, my cosin's uncle did the real training. the thing is
the reason why he quit is because the master lost his head along time ago. he
quit when they were using poisens.
i thought you guys didnt use chest pads while sparring( in taekwondo we uses
basically a little cardbod that is 1 millimeter thick but it never helps while
sparring) how thick of padding do you use in your style of karate?
oww, i hate getting kicked in the nuts. yes i agree with you that it better to
use no pads but be experianced before you dont use pads(only talking to
Mizu-kun).
also Mizu-kun, you could do taekwondo but you must find a master that does
traditional and that has a good background(as meaning, wins gold in tournements,
gone to Opean tournemnts, especially the Korean Opean) and make sure that they
are kukione certified. but considering how you want to fight, go with aikido, it
uses the person weight in your favor and it is a loose art(as meaning instead of
strength, its more flexible).
and if you ever want to do jeet kun do, you have to have a blackbelt in one
martial art already(only if your going by bruce lee's tradtional jeet kun do).
How did you get your ass kicked agenst someone that is twice your size
sonicwind? i dont doubt your abbility to kill people, and i dont doubt that your
style of karate, i hear its one of the most aggresive in the world.(sorry that i
dont say Kyokushinkai, its too long of a word) and if another thing i agree with
you sonic wind, kung fu i dont like, personally i think it is too loose and
there dosent seem to be much power in the art in any way you look at it.
Actually I'm already practising martial arts (which one is hard to explain,
since it is a mixture of many different martial arts. Maybe I'll explain it
later).

We really do some kick boxing, but also other stuff. For example, we have some
kind of our own competition system, which is summarised a mixture of kick boxing
and Jiu Jitsu. And we always use protection, when we really fight. But there are
two things I wouldn't want to miss: a jockstrap and teeth protection (there may
be a word in English for this, but I don't know it).
Quote: I was holding a pad for

I don't think that my round house kick is weak. Actually it's one of my favorite
kicks (except in fights, because a back kick is faster and often more useful).

Is kicking in the nuts like every other attack or do you try not to do it in
Kyokushinkai? I mean, kicking on someone's head with a round kick (for example)
is one thing, but kicking someone in the nuts is ... well...mean and evil.
i know that taekwondo could be interessant (we have in france one of the best
fighters in this sport). i've practiced this sport two months: it's really
short, i know. but when i've made some supple fights: we don't use often the
fists, it's a pity when you are really near your "enemy". you don't
have this problem with karate, because you use fists more than
taekwondo.
it's true that this is the same spirit in these sports, but ...
i do taekwondo because a good fighter is fast at kicking someone against the
head or kick domeone in the nuts but he also changes his positions so he can
kick where the arms won't reach
and at taekwondo u can use your fist to distance your opponent unlike karate
where u can grab somebody and throw them away or use a strangle on them
I apsolutly love Marshel Arts Kendo!!!!!!!! I've
practiced it for like six years now and I'm great at it!!!! it the best
ever!!!!! well thats just my apinoin but steel its great!!!! ^^

I was accidently kicked in the nuts.
Chest guards are recommended for women.
This guy also punched me in the throat accidently. He is not a very good
fighter. He will avoid all fights with anyone heavier than himself. I'm thinking
of getting my revenge on him for his lack of control.
My knuckles still haven't recovered from Wednesday's lesson. Whenever something
hard hits it, my knuckles start bleeding again. It got damaged pretty bad. I can
see the blood pumping in the vein.

Like I said before, Taekwondo is too reliant on kicks. I haven't come across 1
good fighter who does Taekwondo. Only those who weigh much more would take me
on.

yes thats true and that is also why a boxer would suck agenst a taekwondo
fighter but, To be a great fighter in taekwondo(or in anything) you must use
both punches and kicks if you want do great and that is why i use both punches
and kicks, it really improves on your fighting abbility. Also sonicwind, i would
take you on but first off, i dont know how much you weigh( i weigh 160 lbs), and
you live in the UK. also karate is to relinet on punches and grabs which can be
bad and good, bad because you have only so much reach with your arms. the good
is that your fists are usually are faster but, if you use your legs right anyone
can be faster with the legs than the arms. also the way you guys grab in karate
can be devestating and your arms take less energy. so i think its even for both
arts, it just really depends on the person who is doing it cause if you get a
sucky karate person and a good taekwondo person, the taekwondo person is going
to win. if you have a good karate person and a bad taekwondo person, the karate
is going to win. so its all on the person and skill.
also if you kick someone in the head, its going to do alot more than a punch.
but i think to master a fight you must use both.
Man, sonicwind and Zero-Ultimate, you both sound fun to spar and i would enjoy
sparring one of yall someday.

Actually I'm already practising martial arts (which one is hard to explain, since it is a mixture of many different martial arts. Maybe I'll explain it later).
We really do some kick boxing, but also other stuff. For example, we have some kind of our own competition system, which is summarised a mixture of kick boxing and Jiu Jitsu. And we always use protection, when we really fight. But there are two things I wouldn't want to miss: a jockstrap and teeth protection (there may be a word in English for this, but I don't know it).
I don't think that my round house kick is weak. Actually it's one of my favorite kicks (except in fights, because a back kick is faster and often more useful).
Is kicking in the nuts like every other attack or do you try not to do it in Kyokushinkai? I mean, kicking on someone's head with a round kick (for example) is one thing, but kicking someone in the nuts is ... well...mean and evil.
i know that taekwondo could be interessant (we have in france one of the best fighters in this sport). i've practiced this sport two months: it's really short, i know. but when i've made some supple fights: we don't use often the fists, it's a pity when you are really near your "enemy". you don't have this problem with karate, because you use fists more than taekwondo.
it's true that this is the same spirit in these sports, but ...
i do taekwondo because a good fighter is fast at kicking someone against the head or kick domeone in the nuts but he also changes his positions so he can kick where the arms won't reach
and at taekwondo u can use your fist to distance your opponent unlike karate where u can grab somebody and throw them away or use a strangle on them
I apsolutly love Marshel Arts Kendo!!!!!!!!
I've
practiced it for like six years now and I'm great at it!!!! it the best
ever!!!!! well thats just my apinoin but steel its great!!!! ^^
I was accidently kicked in the nuts.
Chest guards are recommended for women.
This guy also punched me in the throat accidently. He is not a very good fighter. He will avoid all fights with anyone heavier than himself. I'm thinking of getting my revenge on him for his lack of control.
My knuckles still haven't recovered from Wednesday's lesson. Whenever something hard hits it, my knuckles start bleeding again. It got damaged pretty bad. I can see the blood pumping in the vein.
Like I said before, Taekwondo is too reliant on kicks. I haven't come across 1 good fighter who does Taekwondo. Only those who weigh much more would take me on.
yes thats true and that is also why a boxer would suck agenst a taekwondo fighter but, To be a great fighter in taekwondo(or in anything) you must use both punches and kicks if you want do great and that is why i use both punches and kicks, it really improves on your fighting abbility. Also sonicwind, i would take you on but first off, i dont know how much you weigh( i weigh 160 lbs), and you live in the UK. also karate is to relinet on punches and grabs which can be bad and good, bad because you have only so much reach with your arms. the good is that your fists are usually are faster but, if you use your legs right anyone can be faster with the legs than the arms. also the way you guys grab in karate can be devestating and your arms take less energy. so i think its even for both arts, it just really depends on the person who is doing it cause if you get a sucky karate person and a good taekwondo person, the taekwondo person is going to win. if you have a good karate person and a bad taekwondo person, the karate is going to win. so its all on the person and skill.
also if you kick someone in the head, its going to do alot more than a punch. but i think to master a fight you must use both.
Man, sonicwind and Zero-Ultimate, you both sound fun to spar and i would enjoy sparring one of yall someday.
Full Contact and Boxing.
well i've been studying seveeral martial arts and i miss sparring and people won't spar coz i'm too good and now i'm slacking in my martial art badly
my fave is taekwondo....
