What do you think of PS3s new bannana controllers? Personally I dont like the Playstaion3 controllers.

yeah I don't like the new design although the controll fits good for both small and big hands but they could ahve picked diffrent design =P

I can't say I'm thrilled about the new design but I'm not gonna say it is a bad move from Sony until I actually have it in my hand and it feels uncomfortable.

all i want to know if that is it comfortable? and if it comes back when you throw it. hopefully its not that bad.

It does'nt look comfortable, but like Stoke, I'll wait till I've actually felt it in my hands.

Yeah its definitely different but who knows, it might actually feel good.

I think it will be better. First a change is kinda nice to have (imagine 3 generations with the same controller, might be good, but people always want something new. and you have the fact that sony can make more money since you have to buy new controllers instead of use old ones!)

Let's pray that the controller is just as comfy or even better...

so long as it fits well i dont mind... im sure they've tested for that.... im more worried about the logo; it wouldnt bother me if it werent for the fact that i get the spiderman jingle stuck in my head every time i see it :P

I don't know yet since it's still not available. But I'm almost certain that it will feel pretty good for the hands even with the weird shape. One thing is for sure though, I love the wireless part of it. = )

Whats with the horrible design !!!

It looks horribly uncomfortable. Btw, for those that don't know, they had to change the design for legal reasons. Turns out they stole the old design from somewhere else.

As many before have said,the shape is a odd shape,and I guess it would be pretty uncomfortable. I mean,just look at it,its shaped like a boomerang.

My thought:

The one time, the one time they decide to change the design they make it awful. It looks like a boomerang. It doesnt look comfortable to hold either. It looks harder to reach some of the buttons. But that's just my opinion. I guess I could live with the look, but I want to know if its comfortable to hold. If not.... eh.

i dunno, it could be worse. its only a prototype though. they'll probably change it.

Well one thing that it's good for is that if you get angry and throw the controller, it'll come back. I personally find it odd looking... shaped... but i guess looking at it and playing with it are 2 completely different things

I remember the first time I saw it... Really did laugh out loud. Good times. Good times. I dunno, maybe it's comfortable if you hold it right. I've never thought playstation controllers were ever comfortable, so I don't see why it should now.

as promising as the ps3 looks, that is the only thing that i am not pleased with

They look really stupid......I think they should of just made the controllers the same why........Oh well at least the console system looks nice with its shiny black or silver.

well the orig ps controlers looked crap but worked really well, but the xbox, dreamcast ones look cool but i cant hold them!. so im hoping as bad as they look they should be practical.
plus 3rd party ones will come out anyway.
