I love FF8, just because of that dance scene and others which would take too long to list

Both are good but I like VII more.

I like FF8 more I guess, because of many scenes that was kewl! Plus I like Squall/Rinoa as couple, their funny!

I would say that 7 is the more popular one.

The last sales figures I could remember placed ffviii slightly ahead of ffvii. But it's been a while; I dunno about now. ffviii could still be more popular.

I think ffvii story is better but ffviii graphics are better.

i believe 7 is more popular, but i like 8 ^^

FF8 got better graphics but everything else was better in FF7.

I like them both but I think I enjoyed 7 overall wheras 8 I only really liked the storyline with Rinoa/Squall but I hated the combat system where I spent all my hours drawing out spells to reach 100.

Final Fantasy VII was the best sold role-playing game during the PSX era, according to official news.

I like ffvii better. I just can't wait until the movie comes out!! ^_^

mmm... This is a hard question...

I like FF7's story... but I like FF8's chatacters a lot more (they are more round than FF7's... more personality... more internal arguments)...

So I wouldn't know... but I think I would place FF8 first and then FF7 (but those two alongside Xenogears are my most fav ones).
