Each time a man has an *orgasm* he releases 1billion sperm. That does not mean
that its gone forever. From the moment a man is born, he is able to produce
children. That means sperm are always being produced. When the sperm isn't used,
that is when you get what you call a "wet dream"
A man is able to reproduce children and sperm will continue to be produced until
the end of a man's life.

you should pay attention more during health and P.E classes, then you'd know
that your body reproduces all those sperm during each and every second of the
