i'm a typical Anime Lover who just like to watch, listen, edit, imagine, read
anime stuff and i just hate it when one of my co-workers (yes i'm a 23 year old
graphic artist) told me that i'm a "loser". what would you
do?
Honestly all i did was told him "am i?"
i just want to know what would u guys do?
I'd say be proud of who you are. Personally I couldn't care less about what
people think of me, and if they do have something to say about it in a negative
manner no one will be listening.

Life" category, could the forum admin tranfer the messages here to the

the person prob doesnt watch/read anime/manga, so that person is missing out
dont worry too much about what people say about you, as long as your happy or
fine with it, that should be what matters
Nothing puts evil of its guard as effieciently as a good, honest laugh. Unless
you feel that you are being quite openly insulted in a manner which can in no
way be accepted, just laugh at the man. What does he know? Unless it was an
extraordinarily well-crafted insult (in which case you ought to applaud him
rather than attempt to ridicule or ignore him - those things do not come around
often) he's probably but another fool trying to reassure himself of his own
worth and a matter much more suitable to be laughed at than to cause
grieve.
Of course, there's always the possibility that you actually are a loser. I
cannot tell, as I do not know you.
laugh and get drunk. Then plot a revenge for making fun of you with your other
buddies!! I did that once (without getting drunk part) and I had the best time
laughing even more at that poor girl!! ^_^

Seriously this guy sounds like some of the jerks I have seen back in high
school. I doubt he has seen anything past the stuff on CN. That isn't someone
you should care about if on sharing your interests they come back with
"you're a loser" and he prolly doesn't know much of anything about it
or you lol. I'm sure he is very cool and makes it a habit of pointing out what
losers everyone else is.

Hear hear! ::claps:: yeah, it's just an opinion. Sure when you get really
passionate about something when someone says it sucks or something you feel like
punching said person, but it really doesn't matter in the end. We all have
different tastes. (like how everyone in my family loves jazz music but I hate
it...shh!)
Oh yeah, to answer your question... I'd just say I like what I like and that's
about it.

he ever read a manga comic. show him the difference between the two. he could

something he likes/does. Actually, i used to have a friend who thought of people
who watch anime as weirdos, but then i introduced him to some anime and now he's
really into it!
People who say to other people that they have no life or loser are most time the
people with no life's and they bring other people down so they can feel good
about themselfs. I am into anime from when i was 6 i was called a looser or that
i had no life more times then i can count on my hands but i just ignore them or
say and what do you like, if i get a stupid aswer i just say and you have the
guts to tell me that i don't have a life you better first search for one on
ebay.
not true, at least not for me, I do spend about two hours a day on thse stuff,
but mostly I don't have the time to deal with it. ervn though some people do
spend a lot of time watching searching for these stuff, you can't say they don't
have a life, their life is in their own fantasy world, lol

Get another real-life hobby. Meet some chicks. Get a girlfriend.
If you need some help, play some dating sims to learn a few ideas for a suitable meeting place or situation.
