after all this time i've been wondering is there a topic that tells us what we
can change once we reach a certain level like: since i've already been here for
almost a year but i still don't know every functionalities of minitokyo
has.
level 1 = (what access can you get etc etc)

No other benefits can be gained from leveling further.
There are other details that I don't quite know for sure. ^^;
At level 10, I think you can download like 3 scans a day. Then at lvl 20, you
can download unlimited scans. At lvl 35, you get a new premade MT skin instead
of this bluuish one. The new one is white in colour and looks pretty nice. At
lvl 50 or 55, you will be able to see the live chatbox. The chatbox requires
high levels to use because they don't want noobs spamming it.

i know somehow there are a lot more since that one didn't quite add up to my expectation. (the faq)
cause when i reached around 26 i think it was the only time i was able to get 48 post per page

No, it's three scan uploads. You can download all you want.
