The first one has the correct date which is 3 Oct 11. But that way it is written
I'm not sure if that's how it looks on the anime. I mean you can try finding
screencaps from the show.
You can kinda see it here: http://www.davidslife.com/anime/reviews/full_metal_alchemist_17.php
~edit~
Okay neither of them are accurate but the first one comes close in the way the
text is etched into the watch. The only thing is the D is written more like a b.
It's up to you the second one is just plain wrong with the date and the way the
text is written in the watch lid
I suggest ebay---seriously, they've many pocketwatches on sale---and I think
some of them are pretty accurate. They include screenshots and such, inside and
out.

Since I can't see the first one very welll, I think the second one is more accurate. However, the real watch doesn't have the flammel symbol inside.
Hope that helped you!

The 2nd image looks more like Ed's watch, but the 1st one looks like it's engraved (?) which probably seems to be more authentic...
I agree with Spystreak that the second looks more accurate since it's engraved and I don't remember seeing the symbol on there. Good Luck deciding ^^
