Ok, I finally got how to do the music, I learned to make a color for my personal
site, and I FINALLY leveled to level 10 so I could get scans! Ok NOW I need a
layout!!!! Sheesh I don't even know how to make one!!!! Please someone help
me!!!

I think first you need to learn some HTML and CSS. I just googled it and found
some tutorials. Managed to learn the basics and a bit beyond in a few days. It's
not that hard once you get past the mentality of "remembering all the tags
is soooo hard". Then you can edit your userpage any way you want. I havent
looked at the tutorials here yet but I'm sure those are useful too.
