No I don't mean one of those lose wieght fast things -_- . I mean what do you eat usually everyday? (If there is an occuring pattern) I just wanna know. :)

Usually a lot of vegetables and soup. Usually vegetable soup. I also tend to eat a lot of tofu.... And every once in awhile I chow down on meat! And turn into a barbarian in the process.

I eat a lot of japanese food like fish, tofu, noodle, or bbq stuff... oh.. and sushi too..

i'll eat anything i can get my hands on! XD

which includes a lot of potatoes, meat, vegetables and cola/beer!

I eat everything except onions, mayonaise, hamburgers, fast food, and, cold meat (lunchmeat).

man, you want to diet , you must eat less than normal.
keep eating less and if you hungry you can eat fruits.
don't try to eat full stomach at once. alway keeps it a little bit empty.
cut of the sodium and calories.
no snack, fast food, those thing kill.
you could eat every two or four hour if you hungry but don't try to eat a lot.

I can eat anything I want and still won't gain weight. I gotta have my rice though.

soup, ramen, all wheat english muffins with cheese and butter, water or juice, dinner dad makes (like pasta, porkchops, rice, fish, etc.) maybe the occasional candy or sweet.
No soda or too much rotten out ur mouth crap. ~_~

There is no occuring pattern for me. I'm trying to become a vegetarian but I like fish and sushi! Hahaha. Fruits and vegetables are good, and lots and lots of water. ^-^

I eat everything. everything!!! But I do prefer fruits/vegetables the most ;) And fast food...I was raised on it, haha. I have to be careful with that, though, because one of these days I'll be huge....

I thank God for my high metabolic rate ;)

i rarely eat - like, usually once a day. Food doesnt interest me.

It's not really on what you eat it's also on how much you eat. I'm not saying you should not eat at all but portion control is another one. When you eat dont try to stuff your face. That and working out is another good way to lose weight.

Cheerios, coffee, and tea. Those are my basics. Though I try to get in a fruit or vegetable in daily, along with water.

Anything I can dig up around the house! I don't really have a diet I guess..but I'm pretty healthy..I think...hahaha, well sometimes I feel guilty about not eating enough fruits and vegetables...but then I do take vitamins. I guess that helps a bit..

daily foods that i eat? umm...bread, cheese, rice, and fruits...and some meat and vegies sometimes..hehehe

My daily diet: rice, milk, some meat like chicken, some veggies and fruit! It varies everyday because I have school lunch and you can never guess what they give you. I try to dig up candy for snacks that my mother will never know about...

Being a college student, it mainly consists of microwavable foods and frozen chicken. :(

I eat nothing but unhealthy stuff that includes fast food, potato chips, soda, etc. Getting fat but I can't help it, the food tastes too damn good :D

I've cut soda from my diet entirely.

No prepackaged meals, either.

Instead, fresh vegetables and fruit. Choice cuts of meat.

Breakfast will usually consist of 1 cup yogurt, 1 piece of fresh fruit, 2 strips of bacon, 2 slices of toast, and a tall glass of OJ.

Lunch is a lunchmeat sandwich, or the occassional PB&J, a piece of fruit, once in awhile some potato crisps (baked chips, not fried), and a tall glass of milk or tea.

Dinner varies. I broil my burgers to get the excess fat out. I sautee in olive oil. I always try to have a green veggie as a side dish. Lean cuts of meat. A starch like Potatoes or rice.

Hm, well... Usually different types of cheese, ham, pie, lots of milk, some yogurts, fish, eggs, some veggies... for supper. I don't usually eat breakfast and if I do it's something from those, most likely scrambled eggs because I find that a good meal in the morning. As for dinner... usually meat with something or rice with sauce and some meat.
Oh and I grab fruits when I can :P
