to pacify your curiosities, a hymen is a protective membrane that completely or
partially covers the vaginal opening in human females. In the old days, a hymen
is the sign of a women's chastity, and it is supposed to be broken only upon the
wedding night. That is how people used to be able to tell if a woman was a
virgin or not. It is also why it hurts that "first time." Of course,
nowadays the hyman can be surgically restored to feign chastity, and thus it is
no longer an accurate way to determine virginity.
A hyman can indeed be damaged horseback riding because of the strenous physical
activity. And it is not limited to only horseback riding. Any strenous physical
activity involving the lower limbs has the potential to damage the hymen.
*sigh* Due to the nature of this topic, let's put up an age warning or
something.

I don't believe mere strenuous activity is enough to break the hymen. If you
weren't tied down properly and landed on the saddlehorn, that might do it. But
just working out your legs or hips, I find it hard to believe that it would
break. Of course I'm not an expert, but if that were the case then activities
such as dancing, gymnastics, martial arts, etc. wouldn't be safe. Besides, we'd
have heard something about this in the news if it were the case. Probably some
over-protective parent suing somebody for neglect or endangerment.

I am sorry but if you are younger than 10 you really shouldn't be posting or
even going to forums.
Don't worry. Innapropriate forums are required to have an age warning on them.

There you go, I was beginning
to think everyone was retarded.
Yes you can damage it... I won't go into detail, but lets just say: Wait after
you've had sex to ride a horse. aheh, oh, and bikes are another problem (if you
fall of the seat, cuz it doesn't just hurt guys).

Well that makes sense. I purposely failed mine in 6th grade. Anyways, I think EternalParadox gave a very "descriptive" explanation on the subject.
Having a step stool jammed up there after accidentally losing your balance hurts too. X_X
... if u fall off wont u just land next to it not on it ??
Huh..oi..sorry never heard of that..but i have heard of something breaking while horseback riding...lol.
thats a rather....hrmm....personal question.
actually, not just horseback riding, but anything that has impact on that area can lead to the breaking of the hymen.
*coughcough*i'm surprised females dont know what the hymen is in the first place before eternalparadox sorted that out...
Hmm well im also a guy the girl's only part lead me in well hmm what's this forum about anyways......
