I guess that may be a stupid question but once my sims are in the neigbboorhood, how can I export them or save them ?

there should be an option there somewhere in the main area for the neighbourhood, well there was in the first sims when i played it a few years back lol

i dun think u can save ur game when sims are in the neighbourhood =)
well i guess u can call a taxi to get u home..den save

err... it's the characters that I want to save, just the characters that I used for playing, so that I can export them somewhere else or burn them with something else.

... I guess that my posts were confusing.

To begin, once I create a sim, all I know is sending it directly to a neighboorhood to play it. But I don't know how to save it or export it or use it once again to modify it. (I know how to save the game or the whole neighboorhood).

,......, I dont understand what you are asking too, though i am very good at playing The Sim2....
If you want to just export your sim out of the house he/she is living, just click on today newspaper and then choose move out and he/she will surely be seperated from the whole family, and you can also add some people to go with he/she.

And if you mean to just re made the sim, then it is impossible ^^.
