I get this everytime I submit a comment. :/ It tells me I need it to be a
certain number of characters long, but when I look at others comments they have
less than what I wanted to imput. Whats up with that? O_o
Quote by ChunkySkillzI guess you
need to be at least level 10 to post a short one, or use space, if you have
nothing to write
No the reason you have to write alot is that the admnins and mods want you to
post something meaningful so that the artists finds ways of improving their
work. Yes I know people don't do this alot all they go is great work and nice
job and such. How the other people post with only one word I don't know. Perhaps
they went back and edited their post

Doing what he suggests would be considered posting spam. Any thing less than 64
characters (I believe it is in the galleries) is meaningless in helping the
artist improve with a constructive criticism. Using space to trick the system
will be noted and will lead to warnings and bans.
"Great work," "nice scan," "ooo hot girl," are not
considered meaningful comments. Good comments should examine the artwork at
issue and comment on aspects that are well executed and aspects that need
further improvement.
Usuallly it doesn't matter what level you are, you must post over 64 characters.
It's generally a bug or something that allows people to post- or they hit the
spacebar throughout. But really, when you comment on a work, make sure that you
comment on the work someone has done rather than whether or not you like the
character... the best comments are those that say comment on the suitability of
the background of the chracter, or perhaps the colours and what you feel when
you see it ^_^ Hope that has helped you a bit!
Sof if you're stuck for words, just write how the gallery item has influenced
how you felt or something then ^_^
;
Well, I guess if I have to. Its disapointing though, that when I want to
comment, I cant because I dont have the max amount of words. It should go down a
bit, but thats just my opinion ^^;
The reason is for you to write what areas are weak in a piece of work. I've
given my opinion on several walls i thought were too rough and werent touched up
enough. Its fine where it is now since we'll have a flood of people saying
cool, good, as their comments as they try to get to lvl 10.
As you can see i am working my way up *plays Moving on up theme*.
In a way, your all right. I guess the max characters is pretty much needed. Now
im thinking that other sites should have it because I do get alot of nice, good,
pretty, and kawaii ^^;
