I was just wondering if u create a wallpaper and want to post it so everyone can take a look at it, what do you have to do? Becaue when i visti people's userpages they have their thumbnail wallpapers there, and i wanna know how they do that.

Just click on the Submit Gallery Item in the menu to your left and fill out the appropriate boxes. When you hit 'next' you'll go to a second screen where you can upload your wallpaper. Gallery creation is automatic.

Well under you're username which is located on the left
of you're screen you click on where it says Submit Gallery Item
and then you follow the rules that are diplayed infront of you.
