I play the guitar..a lot, I watch comedies, go out with my friends until I meet
another cute chick, I find someone who I can talk to and let it all
out..sometimes even cry, it helps..trust me. good luck.
mm when my ex left me..i fell apart..and cried a lot. To make myself feel
better..i drew a chibi face of him on an old pillow that i didnt need, got a
knife..and pounced that pillow and ripped it apart @.@..but..you may want to
take a gentiler aproach then i did
Get yourself your favorite CD, CD player and Headphones.... put'em on and crank
up the volume!!!!! Do this and listen to the whole CD about three times.... let
the music take all your cares away!! Then when your done get back in the game
and hunt for someone new!!
Stretch, run a few miles (~5), and cool down with a thousand pushups, punches,
kicks, and jump ropes. Did you know 10 minutes of jump rope is equivalent to 30
minutes of running, but it's good to mix up routines to dissipate monotony.
live the single life and hang with my friends. it always helps to ease the pain.
its like they said " Friends are like cushions they give you a soft landing
on a hard fall" or something like that
Well if you are cute you can go out with me, or you just can start thinking that
life is not to long to waist time thinking in what when wrong or why the other.
I supose you are young and you are gonna know a lot of guys. That can
works.
I'm sorry if i'm to tough, bye and enjoy the end of the weekend.
don't worry lol, it's not the end of the world (but I'm sure it feels that
way)...the best thing to do is find distractions from your feelings. Hang out
with your friends, exercise (tae kwon do is really relaxing, punching people
hehe). and just try to keep yourself occupied. Life has lots of possibilities,
so don't give up on love.

yep taekwondo helps when your beatting the sh*t out of people. man i love that
sport and where im at in it.
When I feel sad or get depressed I just play video games, watch tv and anime,
take a nap or I just go to my room sit in my bed holding a pillow and start
crying. That.s what I normally do when i get depressed. But I am sure this won't
help you at all.
Since it's been kinda rainy today, although this afternoon was good weather, you
should defy the odds and go outside and enjoy the northwest's signature cloudy
weather. Go to the Puyallup Fair and spend money!
The bottom line is, the pain of breaking up is worth feeling. I pity those who
are so heartless that they never feel the joy and pain of personal
relationships.
I normally get really pissed and after about a week of running through all the
events, i lose interest and move on.
However, that might not work for you. You probably should buy your favorite ice
cream and invite a friend (preferebly one that didn't like your ex) and talk
about everything, the good and the bad parts of your ex.
Do everything that may ease the burden of your soul.
As long as you don't get addicted to the high of drugs.
As long as you don't imbibe in the temporary refuge of alcohol.
As long as you don't commit suicide.
Play. Pray. Draw. Read. Rest. Rest your mind. Rest your soul. Admire the
surroundings. Dream. Set your imagination free. Lift yourself free from the
burden. Fly. Cry. Have comfort. Take a warm bath. Brew your favorite drink.
Treat yourself. Take refuge in yourself, in your friends. Start a new life.

Play my video games. It is a perfect distationist tool to use.
For me just play the piano um.. ohh yeah try the peice that Shunichi Miyammoto played on the opening them of DN angel!
Pee on your neighbour's lawn. When they come chasing you, run away. You'll be too busy to think about breakups.
