lol there is a thread where you can request them if you don't know how.

For the info, it's 50 x 50 pixels and it can be jpg or gif.

Upload it in the Personal Settings link on the left menu.

Type in the search bar "Request" or "Signatures" and there should be a sticky thread where you can request one from someone

Otherwise, go somewhere and get one, and change it in Photoshop ... but I think you'd be better off requesting one since you don't know how
