Over the yrs, ANime yes, anime, I've seen quite some. When I'm watching
it in Japanese , U KNOW HOW TO FEEL! . and when it comes to translated ones,
Can't even break the ice when watching it. Like totally lost itz feeling when
not watching the orignial one! So, wut's ur opinion to it!?
and by the way, I'm a photoshop user and not good at it at all! So I"m
posting this which I posted in my photoshop user page already!
During the past few weeks, I was preparing for my school and getting rdy, so I
hadn't much time to participate in this group!. Now, I've had my mind set, and
itz crucial for to learn how to ulitilize photoshop to make good pictures and
wall papers. I tired to do it on my own, but with all those filters stuffs, I
really can't accomplish much,so hereby I'm asking all the members of our
photoshop to provide me as much data and website with photoshop assistance as
possible.! If u know it personally then it would be even better , here's my aim

i an totally in luv wit the japanese versions!! the
english ones suck tho...i hated chichri's voice in FY and the entire cast to OH
MY goddess! sucked...but hey what can u do i
guess we just hav to continue watching the dubbed and hope that SOME of the
series have good voices, right?
i agree there the japenese actors are alot better then the american ones and
they change the story a little with the american versions sometimes i like the
japenses ones more , who knows StarDreamer429 they may actually find good actors
for the american but it won't happen soon

Definitely, WHen u replace the sound by some freaking fool american, they have
no idea how to act out sentiment nor emotion.! But, no one's all bad, they have
a good "evil laugh" though, hahah!
And it totally ruins the quality of the anime, at least dropping by two cups!
you know what, you bring up a good point... not only does America do a crappy
job, but what is reasoning for it? It is most likely financial, but it could be
a condascending view of a better art as well.
I just switch languages on the DVD if ever and read the subtitles.

Well, I prefer the Japanese subs. The voices fit with the characters more, and
they dont really change the plot like American Dub does.
Of course sometimes Japanese sub is bad. Saiyuki's dub is better than subbed,
for the subbed sounds like constupated old men...
i feel the same, I'm sure most of you know about "Naruto" , he's
suppose to be a wild kid with berzerk behavior and inextricable thouht, but in
the American version one which I just watched yesterday, It suckz, I thought
they should sound at least alike! .. But that damn, I don't even wanna call it
a kid, "thing" he's like one of those nerds sitting in a class of itz
flocks only! Itz totally a disgrace to the anime though I hate Janpanese for itz
godforbidden!
But, I still wanna point this out!
Original, duh their voices match the character more, better acting for sure, and
well it just way better because there are some dubs out there that just suck

forced to listen to japanese ones (because if I didn't listen to japanese ones,
I wouldn't watch any at all) I really got used to it. At first you think:
"They sound so weird" but you get used to it, you really do, and then
you start to love it!! ^^
I prefer translated. First of all I am not a japanese, so i don't speak
japanese. Even with subtitles, I still get tired of reading them and what
disappoints me most is if I read the subtitle, I often miss some action.
In some ways I think anime stops being anime if it is dubbed. Especially the
English dubs, they're poison to anime! And a lot is lost if the prefixes (-san,
-chan, -sama, etc) disappear. I don't mind songs being dubbed though ^^ always
fun to hear a Japanese song strangely tanslated into English.
Well I don't really care if the show is the original or in english. Just as long
as I get to watch it. But I wouldn't mind if it was in english. It's esier for
me to understand

I would want to watch translated, but would if i really loved the series orginal.

Translation is okay but they "must" keep the idea. Some translations are just simply translations. No more, no less...
That's why the Original is still the best!

I do think that alot of the anime loses the true meaning and feeling when it is translated. I would rather watched an anime in Japanese.

I prefer the original, but I also don't mind Spanish dubbs.
Now that Naruto's English dubb is out, it's just a matter of time before the Spanish dubb comes out.
I'm looking forward to that one.
