Ok....^_^ who has the best personality in any anime series you`ve seen??(~^-^~)
Olihime inoue,from bleach, has a cute personality. She has a cute, funny, and strong personality.
Rock Lee from naruto... never gets mad, very , and is always nice to other people. Not to mention, a hard worker...
Lacus Clyne from gs/gsd. She has a strong and very pure personality.

I would have to also say Vash. He was always so upbeat and happy, and very kind. Also a softy who could never kill. He made me laugh a lot.
Trigun is one of the very few animes I've watched, so I am kinda Biased. But Spike from Cowboy Beebop is pretty interesting too......
Tohru Honda? Well, she really is super MEGA nice and all. She has an ideal personality, which is (almost) impossible to possess in reality.

Probably Tohru Honda. She's so sweet and unselfish. Ok, so she kinda takes it to the next level, but there isn't such a thing as being too nice.
Blade from Techno Man that is a good strong personality no cares no worry's

once again. ichimaru gin. he never gets angry, smiles all the time, even when he's being confronted by agitated opponents. haha
