has anyone ever had a panick attack? i have them all the time and the other day
was the first day my friends seen me have one and it was the worst one and im
not talking about an asma attack im talking about a panick attack i gt them
before im about to pass out..i guess hats what marching band can do to ya when
its really hot outside
yes, i only have a few if i'm really stressed out...i jus break down...but that
would be a major panick attack, other ones, i usually every school day when i
don't do my h.w. i've become so accustomed to it that the week wouldn't feel right if
i didn't have one!
Nope can't say that I've had panick attacks. The only thing close that I have
experienced was being really nervous to the point where I was almost hyper
ventilating. That was when I had to do a speech in front of the class
Yeah I get those too, not very pleasant that they are not. I have learned coping
skills that brings relief with in 10 minutes, however it took almost two years
to become good at them.
I have a panic attack any time that I feel physically sick - I have a serious
phobia of vomiting, so feeling sick makes me have a panic attack, I start to
hyper-ventilate and get dizzy and everything.....not fun
as in getting pale, sweaty, nautious, light headed, vision looks like static on
a TV. . . yeah ive had alot of those
everytime i get a needle stuck in me at the doctors office; once when i
fractured my wrist; once when i ran too hard in gym; once when i jammed my
finger; once when my head smacked a tree (thats another story)
I've had them. The wrost one I've had was when I lost feeling in my left arm,
and wasn't coherent enough to talk. Freaked my friend when she found me. (It was
in the girls bathroom on campus... But had nothing to do with School. ^^) They
ended up taking me to the hospital, despite my wishes. Damn useless doctors...
tell me about it. . . i had to spend all of friday and half of saturday at the
hospital; got an IV, a blood test, and stayed overnight just so a couple doctors
could tell me that either i had internal bleeding (which i know i dont have), or
my body just isnt absorbing iron (among other things) correctly, therefore
causing anemia and a VERY low hemoglobin count. . . very low as in only 8; and 7
is when they give a blood transfusion

yep yep have them especially when some sort of presentation that I have to do
and the whole day i have this very sick feeling in the tummy, not feeling hungry
yet wanting to throw up some where but can't.... the worst panic was the day
before the results of a major exam was released... fully broke down
I had no idea they were so common, makes me feel a bit better though. I have
panic disorder, so I get them with no warning or reason. I have medications to
curb them.
ive had panick attacks where i threw myself against the wall and sat in fettle
position for 2 hour rocking back and forth its bad but thats just me im a freak
