Well the thing about hugging is... that it depends on who you are hugging.
Family, and friends that are guys or girls should be hugged with the upper body.
If you really want to freak a guy out I would suggest you give'm a pat on the
butt. For wives, husbands, and life partners; I would hugg with the upper body
and the lower regions. It all depends on how close you are to your victim.

I always thought hugs were just for a guy to get a feel of a girl's boobs.
That's mainly why I don't hug. Then, the other day, I was informed that it was
occasionally girls initiating the hugs. I got an explenation and she said
"It's just nice. It's like greeting someone and exchanging energy."
I guess I hug a bit more now, but still very little. I do enjoy hugs from one

that's your full body hug for me lol. Other than that, yeah I just do upper body
