-I.P. Freely (i pee freely)
-Jacques Strap (Jock Strap)
-Seymour Butz (see more butts)
-Mike Rotch (my crotch)
-Amanda Huggenkiss (a man to hug and kiss)
-Ollie Tabooger (i'll eat a bugger)

Those are all i can remember.

Some I remember that I don't see here:

1.) Oliver Clothesoff (all of her clothes off) - Bart did this one while Marge was at the bar.

3.) Eura Snotball (you're a snotball)

I think that pretty much covers it. There is one more that I can remember, but it wasn't really anybody's doing because it was from one of the Halloween episodes and it involved Moe spouting out something like "I'm a big fat stupid ugly head, etc...." and at the end, we see Bart hanging up the phone and laughing. That's all I really remember about that though.
