Hell no When I started to play Warcraft III I realized that Starcraft sux very hard
but u r right for 1 thing.....it was good for its time and I used to play it 5-6
times *grin*
eeeerrrr...i am still playing everynow and then matches in the net cafe...
i like it, it is not bad actually./..
warcraft is creative, but i like it too....the idea is that starcraft has a
better story and the system gave rise to warcraft three....
I still pop in Brood War every now and then. Usually though I'll just play a
solo game at odds against a bunch of comps or UMS games on battlenet. All the
normal games seem to be money maps these days online and I am still so sick of
them.
The game is still one of my favs though. Every now and then I get nostalgic and
need to pop it in for a while. I'm feeling that for Diablo II right now
actually. I stopped playing that when my lvl 85 realm character got deleted due
to inactivity. I started a new one up again 2 days ago XP sc/bw is probably
next on my list of things to go back and play. Talking about it again brings
back old memories
I did, but recently, I've had other things to do, so I haven't had the time to
play on it. I'll probably play it again, when I have to time to do so, but at
current, I can't. I still think its a great Strategy game, even if it is old. XP
Old School Regular in the first RTS game I've been exposed to in my entire life.
I've been playing starcraft for 8 years, and in my opinion, it never gets old.
It's always interesting to meet players both experienced and inexperienced
alike. Whether or not it's a case of getting my ass owned or owning others, it's
always fun to play an easy strategy game with others. What had first appealed to
me about Starcraft was it's simplicity. It's graphics is simple and do not
require a powerful card to process the intense actions. Gameplay was simple,
start from the ground up, know your buildings, make your army, and send them to
die. Lastly, I believe free online play was a huge hit for Blizzard games in
general.
It was like a neat, simple, and fun package in one game.
Yeah, quite a bit. Awhile ago a friend of mine and myself would get together
and play nearly everyday...good times...I think it's not too old yet, still
classic...now if Starcraft 2 were to come out...then I may have to put the
legend behind me and make way for the future ;-)
Quote by RammstonEI think that game is
too old now but for its time it was the best strategy and every single
"gamer" knows it and played it
Come on man this game still rules, and it is still played in championships big
time.
Starcraft is a legend and anyhow the majority of people who don'y play star
anymore now play Warcraft.
I was never very good at playing RTS's, I like idea of gathering resources and
building and force to be reckoned with... But I'm a little slow... Well but this
isn't about me, it's about this great game that is Starcraft, in my opinion it's
the best RTS ever made, followed by Age of Empires. I started playing Starcraft
some months ago, and since I'm not a graphics whore I enjoyed this game pretty
much, but it sure could use a higher resolution.. I can't believe that a game
that was made so many years ago still manages to have so many online matches,
it's gotta be good!

i used to play it heaps.. but i stopped, now i only play with my friends if theres nothing else to do
Yes.
It's amusing and addicting enough to keep playing. I think the mass amount of modding still going on for it is testament to it's popularity.
for me it's still the best rts game !
Id play if I didnt do break my disc by using it too much (I used a No Cd Crack too o_O)
So now I cant reinstall =(
Oh and I can memormize my SC Cdkey too
Starcraft is soooo addicting i dont think i will ever stop playing
I was playing it very recently. I thought that it was really still. A true gamer knows to appreciate what came before.
Yup, I still play it time from time. It's one of the best, and the map editor campaign stuff is one of the most unique thing!
i think C&C tiberian sun was Alot better than starcraft but i think its the 3rd best RTS. come on its a sport in Korea(yes you can watch it on tv)
sc is the best game, and will always be a awsome classic. although im not too pro....
