Can I put a Anime picture I found on the internet or can I only put pictures I made?

Ghost, for scans, you may submit stock images that you have found elsewhere provided that a version of greater or equal quality does not already exist in the galleries and that you properly credit its source, in addition to all of the other criteria for scan submissions.

Please make sure that you thoroughly read through the Policy and FAQ, as the submission criteria for gallery submissions are all spelled out there.
