Hello! I was able to install CS2 on my computer at school, and I absolutely love
it! Do you guys? I am creating my first wallpaper with it, and hopefully this
one won't be deleted. I am really pround of that wallpaper so far, and it is
completly original. Yay! I love all of the new features on it, but I don't think
that I have used it to the full yet. I am still leaning some. What is some of
your favorite things to do with CS2 if you have it?
well umm the fonts have prviews now which I totally like instead of wasting time
experimenting with fonts...
I guess that's really the only thing I pretty much like in CS2 since most the
Photoshop ver. ...I don't use all the new features but there might be some I
might come across later xD
lol i have the plain CS version along with CS2 and truthfully CS is a bit easier
to use oO i dunno but its the commands and options are different.
but yeah walling is fun xd
here in turkey i have nothing but in my home in germany i have ps 7, ps cs and
ps cs2 and if u have use onetime ps cs2 u will never use the other
i love it so much it is great and i mean all my last walls ( so the last 4 or 5
it was made with ps cs2 ) i love it u will have a lot fun with them
cs 2 comes with bridge right which is a big change compared to the other ones.
in cs2 photoshop has alot more upgrades layer moving, zooming etc. image ready
for cs2 hasnt hcanged much from cs id say cs-cs2 is a pretty big improvement
I can't really speak to the differences between CS and CS2 but I do think CS2 is
better than version 7. But overall, I still like PSP 9 more for the majority of
my projects. Vectoring in photoshop is much more cumbersome for me than it is in
paint shop pro. I must admit that I don't know all the functions available in
CS2 but PSP seemed to be easier to customize. I cant figure out how to make a
custom toolbar in photoshop the way I did in PSP. It had all the most frequently
used commands that I used and would automatically hide when not in use. The
pallette well in CS2 is annoying because it gets cluttered unless you have lots
of the pallettes displayed in full. CS2 also needs a lot more memory to run than
I would like. I have to give it at least 175 MB of ram or it runs sluggishly.
God forbid you want to run Illustrator and CS2 at the same time. They eat way
too much of my system resources. I think that I'm going to be using CS2 only as
a means to transform .ai (adobe illustrator) documents into .psd documents. Then
I can just use paint shop pro to work on the .psd
I use CS2 only because this computer can handle it without slowing down and
stuff. I also use 7.0 on my laptop...my school is so far behind, they're still
using 5.0, lol.

i never thought that there was a CS2, because even though i have CS i never used it. i prefer the version 7.0
CS and CS2 is about the same thing there isnt too much differance..
yea i have it...its good. dont see any difference between 7 cs and cs2 lol
Me
didnt like it..... cs and 7.0 is way better.... go for those!
I just got CS2, I dont see that much difference from the first CS really. Kind of a disapoinment.
CS 2 is to heavy to run on older comps, so i can't run it on my own comp.
Eventough i have it, i still use photoshop 7 now.
CS2's great ! my school has a photoshop but unfortunately is not CS nor CS2 i think its one of the older versions

I've used it, can I really haven't noticed much difference from CS. I do like the changes I noticed, though.
OH OH vicki i do i do, haha.
Well I have PS ~ CS an PS~7 even though I have them , I mostly use PSP ~ X ..
From what I have heard it is not worth the upgrade. I Have 7 and CS and I usualy still use v7.
CS2 has some new photo editing stuff and new vector related techniques...but I think that's about it.
