actually I've edited my recent wallie (I've deleted the crime and time wallie of
elfen laid) because Im not sure about the quality so I need your advice..

Okay, I think that you need to do more too the newspapers behind the girl.
You are wanting a burn effect righ? Don't use the magic wand tool to do that
with. Erase what you want completly burned away, then used the burn tool that
looks like a hand to burn the edges of what you just erased. If that isn't black
enough, just select what is left of the newspaper and but some black or a dark
color on the edges and blur it in.
Also, I think that you should do a little more to bring the girl into the
wallpaper, like flames or somthing. And it does seem to be a little clusterd,
but that adds to the effect of a chaotic event.
Other than that, I think that it is okay. I hope that I have helped you!
