If no one has noticed, the fullmetal alchemist Anime and Manga are VERY diffret.
The manga hasn't even ended, Barry the chopper is alive, Al is in his suit of
armor, Hohenhime (however you spell it) comes into play, and loads of different
turns in the storyline (Rush Vally's chapter for instance), weather you love the
anime or the manga, there is only one storyline that is true to Hiromu Arakawa's
work. Here a link! removed
yeh i no, when i first read the manga i had already finished watching the anime
and i fort that it would follow it exactly but den wen different things starting
happening i was like huh? dat didnt happen in the anime! lol but den i fort it
was better cos ders more details and its funnier!
I kinda read somewhere that they were different as well...I'd like to see the
differences between the anime and manga (of course...I have to wait patiently
for the manga ) I'd really like to see the ending of the manga ^-^

I completely agree with you there! I'm
actually enjoying the manga a lot more than the anime! i think they play up the
romance between certain characters more in the manga than the anime... However,
both have their good points... the site i found the manga online only had up til
Chapter 40! But, I'll check out that link you posted cheekyjing-san! thanks!
I'm glad that the anime and manga are different, because even when the anime is
over, there's still the manga to look forward to- and since the storylines are
different, it's like having two series.
I've only seen a few of the anime series since it's only being aired here in the
Philippines every Sunday ; so I really can't compare it fully with the manga, but what I can say is, I
am definitely enjoying the manga, and the fact that it's quite unpredictable
which makes it more enjoyable!

the anime is so undetailed. the manga is so full of detailed. like winry liking
ed. and how to get back al body. but i still like the anime. without that we
don't know what will happen.

Well, I do know that the anime and manga of any series will always be different,
In FMA manga there are some characters that are not even in the anime, even the
diolouge is different sometimes!

Yea I know, the anime and magna don't folow eachother. For instance, there are things that happen in the anime that isn't in the magna and vice versa.
I think both anime and manga storylines are good. I can't choose which one is better and I don't want to. =P
