I can't find a next page on my friend's list (such as: http://evasion.minitokyo.net/friends/) in order to move some people from friends to watch or vice versa.

Whoops, it should be no next page on lots of pages. E.g. I can't find a "next" button on the bug reports forum page...

just highlight all the way down on the words....thats what i did and wound up at the section to switch it
