It can be anything that you know or know a lil, just that you have to know how
to cook whatever you know. If you have the recipe and you care to include it, go
ahead. *your own creations are fine too*
I think that with a recipe I can probably handle most things that are thrown my
way, provided that I don't veer off the path it sets out the first few times.
That, and that I've got the necessary ingredients on hand. Nothing else hinders
a good recipe (for me) than when I'm making it and find that I'm either missing
and ingredient or that I have to make a substitution along the way.
My Dad did most of the cooking in my family growing up as my Mom worked most
weeknights so that kind of got me into the mindset of learning how, and wanting
to know how so that I can make the stuff I like the most -- which has come in
handy over the last several years.
I'm ok with cooking. If I have a recipe, I'm good. I'm getting good at doing
pastas and noodle dishes. My best meal is Okonomiyaki. I post recipies that I
use on the Nippon Foods group.
sushi, noodles/ ramen, sandwiches, apple pie, rice, buns...
.... but mostly 2 minute noodles -.-'
Or I don't cook... I don't eat I go on Minitokyo and forget about my hunger.... that and I don't have time
to go outseide to exercise because of studies so I try to go on a hunger strike
so I don't get too fat
cook I pretty much make stuff from the can and stuff. But I do know how to use a
grill and stove to cook steaks. But that is it. I don't have much skill.
when you mean cook, you mean actually prepare, not like microwave//heat right?
well, I can cook spaghetti, PHO [well, most viet food], eggs =D, some soups, mac
and cheese? I can bake cakes, cookies, you name it. and yeaah. yayy for not
setting to fire to my house! the only thing I can't do is deep fry. it looks so
scary. x]
I can cook pizza and pasta with my own ingredients. I am now learning numerous
variants of tomato-based and cream sauces. I like to try combinations for
brewing coffee.
Nowadays my passion is learning to use up all our leftovers to make some really
nice food!
