Fruits Basket definetly has a lot of drama and sadness in it. I think one anime
I found myself crying a lot during was Kenshin. The OVAs just brough me to
tears!A lot of Yu Watase novels are drama. Ceres,Alice 19th,and Fushigi
Yugi.Revolutionary Girl Utena had a lot of drama but once it mixes with
confusion it doesn't seem so much.
AIR : I Cried s much watching this, well the TV series though, the Movie is sad
too, but not as sad as the TV series...;D
Kimi ga Nozomu Eien : Well, i'm not crying, but i'm just so saddened by the
ending...
Grave of The Fireflies : The saddest part is were his sister told hi that she
knew their mother has died, and of course when she died...:(
The most dramatic anime that i watched was Full Moon Wo Sagashite. It's got to
be one of the most emotional anime that i have come across. The ending was one
of the best for an anime. Unlike most animes
where you say go thats it or wtf. It has a happy ending but also kind of sad at
the same time. Words cannot describe it.

Saikano is the most dramatic serie I' ve seen.
"Gungrave". Brandon is one of the most tragic characters I've ever seen.
The last few eps of "Wolf's Rain" are also very sad.
I agree w/ nixhel. Wolfs Rain's last episodes turned into a total sobfest for me. So sad...
Best I can think of. The rest I watch are pretty happy go lucky.
Air was a complete Tearjerker. I've heard Saikano was pretty sad as well, but i bet Air could give it a run for its money.
