too bad mind you) and a Plastic wrap effect, you have an idea to start with i
give you that
poor layout i must comment, too simple and just far too easy.
the extraction is alright, but plain and does fit with the darktheme of the
wall. what would be good though if you can find the scan of the character and
replace this one. making it more blended it.
beside the watery and smoky effect, there is nothing special, there is no color,
no tones for the wall. well, just my thoughts.
overall 3/10 wall for my rating. keep up the good work

and the BG is messy.... I cant see the eyes well....

Get rid of the white line on the left, btw...
and use gradient instead of black, add more texture like brushes would do
good... cya around... ^^
The extraction is mostly fine, but there are jagged lines here and there,
especially around the ribbon of Ichigo's sword. More importantly though, the
scan is not up to MT standards. It's too blurry, and would need to be
vectored.
Also, I wouldn't recommend the use of small logos in corners: they look too much
like afterthoughts.
