I know i have... in fact, it was my mother! One time she was telling me to get the hell off the computer (which tends to happen often). I said, "one second!" and meant to raise an index finger, but without thinking raised the middle one! Try explaining that one!

...ummm...I've never done it EXACTLY. I slammed my middle finger in a door,
and had to come to school with my middle finger sticking up in a special
bandage. It looked like I was flipping off EVERYONE 
!

playing basketball and my friend was laughing at me because i missed and i
flipped him off. well he deserved it 
well I can relate to that cause I've done it once but my father didn't see it. that happens sometimes without you realizing it...
well, yup I was flipping it with my friends but we're just fooling around and it wasn't accidental..I think the teacher saw it..*woops*
I can't say I remember ever ACCIDENTALLY flipping someone off. When I do, it's usually on purpose.
Such is the case of most people.
