Hi!..I make this question because me myself didn't experience pierceing before
and my friends want me pierce earrings.
I want to know something more clearly about pierceing before I really pierce.
For example:
1. What are the rules after pierceing?
2. What should I do if something happen to the hole? (Bleed, close
back...etc)
3. Will the hole become bigger when I grow older?
4. Which body part pierceing will be most painful and not painful?
5. Will the person pierce for me do mistakes? (Pierce on ear - one up and
another down)
6. What you think about yourself after pierceing?
7. ..............and many more question...
I hope you can share some of your experience with me. You can tell me anything
you want. If you have a problem with pierceing too, feel free to ask in this
thread... ... hopefully someone with good experience will give us some great
advice...
ah no i just typed a big reply and it erased! retype...
1. i think you just keep the piercing in for a while. but, they'll give you the
rules.. i don't think you have to do it for ear piercings, but for others you
have to clean it out with hot water and sea salt. i only had my ears pierced as
a kid so i might be wrong on some things - but my room mate had her nose pierced
two months ago and that's all she had to do.
2. i don't know about bleeding - i think that's rather unusual and probably
would only happen if you were allergic to the metal/material of the piercing. If
it closes back you'd have to get it re-pierced.
3. i don't think it'll grow any bigger unless you do something weird / drastic
in terms of super heavy earrings for example... i don't even know if that'd
enlarge the holes.
4. cartilage seems to be the least painful - like ears and nose.. so places like
lips and belly might hurt more. no experience with it so i'm assuming..
5. well, nobody is perfect so it's possible that they might pierce your ears
crooked. however, as long as you go somewhere credible (like claire's or a shop
you know is experienced) you shouldn't worry.
6. well.. i was a kid and i was distracted with a giant teddy bear. hehe. but my
roomie was really satisfied and happy with her piercing.
7. hehe. i might forget to check this thread but feel free to message me or
something. i hope i was able to help.
actually, i would never get any piercings because i'm phobic of needles and
would avoid them at all costs - i'm such a chicken. heh. it really doesn't even
hurt much. smart of my mom to get my ears pierced when i'm too little to care.
haha. i was too busy playing with the giant bear they distracted me with and
didn't cry at all - until they took the stuffed animal away.

I don't know much about piercing, but I do know that it hurts...for a while. I
heard that ear piercings are kinda bad in the fact that the hole in your ears
might close if you haven't worn earrings in a long time. That's all I know from
friends
First, I'm a guy, and I have no piercings. I don't speak for everyone, but I
don't really like it when girls have lots of piercings. I like it with just
ears, so if it were up to me I wouldn't get anything besides my ears done.
Well I tried piercing my ear once, at first I thought it was like soo cool! But
then, I kind of got tired of them and I took off all my earring and now I don't
have any piercings.
I think piercing isn't that bad... but sometimes people overdo it...
I read in a book or records that someone once had 200+ piercings in her body...
That is what you call over... ^_^

But it really annoying if it gets infected or swell.
