Anyone currently playing any of these games? I finished God of War a long time ago and still playing it. Although it only takes about 7-10 hours on your first playthrough to finish on normal mode, i'd recommend this to anyone who really likes action game. It does have a number of unlockables for its replay value. Anyway if you plan on getting this game, check out the model number of your ps2 first and see if it doesnt have problems reading dual layered discs.

I hate the PS2. I got the PS2 on launch day because I won it from Blockbuster and a couple of months later it had the dreaded disc read error and then we got it fixed and it broke again after a couple of months and then we did that three more times and from there i never bothered to touch iti again.

this game is wonderful, I've played it three times, but I never beat god mode, the final battle is too much for me. But I will finish it for sure.

well, beating god mode just for the unlockables is really not rewarding, but just beating it is really, like wow..

anyway, for me, the Clone battle was more annoying than the final battle..

I got the game and for some odd reason, I stopped playing it.

why?

imo, its a great game.. maybe you got stuck? or found a better game?

its too short :(

yeah, too short.. you can even beat it in a day.. but it is still a good game though..

Out of the whole game, I only liked the first level with those serpent creatures. I forgot what they're called. Haven't played for so long. It gets pretty boring after beating God Mode. It's actually pretty easy on God Mode except for the 2nd part of the last boss.

Yeah, out of the all of the bosses, i really liked the hydras. Anyway, it does get boring after a couple of playthroughs through god mode, and yeah, the clone battle was somewhat annoying..

ive played through the demo, pretty cool IMO

as for DRE's on dual layer discs, it shouldnt be a problem, i mean dvd movies are dual layer mostly, anything over 90mins anyway

i only get DRE's on CDs =/
