i'm really confused by
all of these styles. there's goth and there's emo and all this other crap. i
really don't like lables. it's funny, b/c i heard this chick saying how super
emo people are funny and they have all their hair in their face and you're
wondering if they actually have a face! and then you move their hair and they
don't have a face and you're like oh my
god! where's your face?!? ... o__O. yeaaaah. think about it. i see some people
and their hair is just like BAM! i don't have a face.
i dunno. don't mind my retardedness.
Emo (in general) is so pathetic, there would be people out there who live a
serious lifestlye of it but i think the majority of emos (at least where i am)
are try hards who want to wear black and fit in and who wouldn't have a
personality otherwise.
I don't mind the hair. I kinda like the hair actually. Sometimes you want hair
in your face, like when you're sleeping in class. It helps block out the light.
But Seriously, I really don't care. They'll grow up someday.
Emo was kinda cool at first, I guess, but like every fad it just gets tiring.
People that follow trends will have to mature sooner or later, whether they like
it or not.
There's too many out these days but I do enjoy some of the music. As for the
lifestyle/how they dress...whatever makes them feel good about themselves is OK
with me as long as they're not hurting anyone. Some of the emo chicks are cute.
Some of the songs associated with 'emo' were okay..but now they're just tiring
and all they make me think of is someone whining about how awful their life is
and how they think they should die. Or something similarly depressing. I suppose
to someone like me, who doesnt dwell on her emotions so much, its translated
into sort of meaningless whiny nonesense. x)
I am an emo kid...
although I do dislike how it has turned into this explosive fad...I love the
music....to me it is a lifestyle...and people who think of it as a hobby
irritate me...

emo is for people who rant all day about their lives and write songs about it so people can sympathize with them and thier rants.
