He's my inspiration! Most awesome guy ever! EVAR!
If it weren't for him, I'd still be hating piano.

He's awesome *______________________________*

that is so smurfin awesome!

Wow! That's cool!

Wow he is really amasing. I just listened to some of his but it's really great.
I wish I could play like him, but I guess I have to improve still a lot on my playing^^

Wow, to be recognized by magazines and even the Video Game industry itself must mean he's extremely talented.

I have to say that what he can do on a piano is pretty amazing. And the fact that he distributes his music for free is pretty good too.

It is even easier to appreciate pianists (and other musicians) when one actually tries to play songs on the said instrument. I recently dusted off my piano and tried to play some complicated versions of Guile and Ryu's theme from Street Fighter and it's like impossible! Every single beat requires like 8 simultaneous keys and if I want it to even resemble the song, I have to play it blazing fast. Sigh...

I wonder how long that guy practiced, and how long he took to learn each song he plays.

Even though he's good, I still don't like the way he plays some songs, namely the Super Mario Bros. theme. It's way too elegant, and although when played choppily or how it's written on the sheet music, it doesn't sound too great, it's a lot similar to how it sounds in the game. His style is much better to suited to stuff like the FFX music.

That guy has skills, he can play the Mario theme song with a blindfold on, he knows how to play the Halo and Legend of Zelda theme song, I wanna play like him.

While Piano is easy to pick up, you can play some catchy tunes within an hour of never having played before, it is very tricky to master. That guy must have poured a hell of a lot of time into practice to get that good.
