If you were to enter an art contest, Would you pay $1.50 non-refundable submission fee if you knew you stood a chance of winning a prize of $15,000.00?

Just curious as to how many peeps would do such a thing. Any takers?

Well, you may have luck on your side but the contest would normally be based on skill and not luck.

But if you were to participate in a contest of this nature, it would put you in a position to stand a chance in winning
