here on minitokyo i can't use characters and symbols. they show up as illegible
text and i use them a lot. dun ask me but i like to add them to names like my
own title here. its jumbled up. You can't understand it.
I think this should go in the Minitokyo section rather than City Hall...
and the use of characters has always been disabled here, i'm not sure, but i
think it's because of the rule that says we're not allowed to post in other
language in the forum and the gallery... i suppose it was disabled all together.
So, i guess you just have to live with it, like we all do... I mean, I'm French,
and i can't even use French accents in my friends' gb, i may find it annoying at
times, but i just live with it ^^
Minitokyo uses UTF-8 character encoding. If you are not using this encoding when
typing in non-English languages, the characters will not be correctly displayed.

P.S. Is this the right place to do this post?
