My download quota will drop while I am on the site, but when I leave and return
the next day it's back up to 30. It's happened everytime I have left and come
back. At first I thought it might be because I was posting replies, but those
were few and I figure that I would probably get credits instead if that were the
case at all. Anyway just thought I'd let you know.

The free download quota is regenerative. After 24 hours of usage it will return back to 30.
